‘Anatta’ Esther Sofair Dip.Rem.Mass

Anatta Sofair Remedial Massage TherapistAnatta has been working as a bodyworker for more than 15 years in Australia and overseas and has obtained a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a certificate in Hot Stone Massage giving her extensive knowledge of the human body and a wealth of techniques to draw upon. Her work is therapeutic, intuitive and nurturing using deep tissue, trigger point therapy, swedish and manual lymph drainage as well as incorporating various other modalities she has learnt over the years such as shiatsu, touch for health, jin shin jyutsu, reiki, brain gym and orthobionomy.

Anatta began her journey of healing and self-discovery in her early adult years with meditation and personal growth courses as well as training as a breath therapist. It is this depth of experience which lends a richness to what she offers. Anatta is passionate about her work, about wanting to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of her clients. Her approachable, warm personality and her genuine caring make her sessions not only therapeutically effective, but also provides a deeply nurturing experience.

Anatta has a special love for working with babies, and it is her absolute joy to run Baby Massage Workshops at regular intervals. Anatta holds a Certificate of Pregnancy & Baby Massage from the 'Institute of Baby and Child Massage Education'. Besides being a mother of two, she has gained extensive experience with working with babies, toddlers and children in a variety of settings. For many years she coached gymastics playgym for toddlers and small children as well as competitve gymnastics for children and teenagers. In her work on a kibbutz in Israel, in the late 70's and mid 80's, she had the special privilege to be assigned to the 'Baby Houses', caring for the babies of working mothers.
